Enquiries that arrive as comments get lost. On WhatsApp they arrive in a thread you can answer, search, and come back to a week later.
Add a direct chat block, choose WhatsApp, and enter your number. The tap opens the conversation on the visitor’s phone, and an optional prefilled message means they do not have to work out how to start.
The chat is between you and them. There is no inbox on our side and no address published on your page.

- 01Add a direct chat blockOpen the Add block menu in your dashboard Studio and pick Direct chat.
- 02Enter your numberChoose WhatsApp and add the number in full international format.
- 03Prefill the messageWrite the opening line you want waiting in the thread, or leave it empty.
