built for restaurants and cafes
The page for restaurants and cafes.
Open or not, what you serve, and how to find the door. Answered before anybody has to message you.
Three questions arrive every single day: are you open, what have you got, and where are you. A bio link that answers all three is worth more than another photograph of the room.
The hours block leads with the answer rather than a table, in a line that reads "Open now, closes 10 pm" or "Closed, opens Wed 8 am". It runs in your timezone, so somebody checking from another country is told about your Tuesday, and exceptions cover the days you are shut for a holiday or a private event.
The menu block puts the dishes, the photographs, and the prices on the page instead of behind a download, with sections to break the list up and a sold out mark for the thing that ran out at seven. Under it, an order button sends people to Toast, Square, DoorDash, or straight to your phone.

questions
Straight answers.
- Can people see whether we are open right now?
- Yes. The hours block answers first, in a line like "Open now, closes 10 pm", and puts the week underneath for anyone planning ahead.
- Do I still need a PDF menu?
- No. The menu block holds the items, the photos, the descriptions, and the prices, and you edit a price in seconds rather than exporting a file. Menu is part of Pro.
- Which map app do directions open?
- Apple Maps on an iPhone or a Mac, Google Maps everywhere else. The map itself is drawn by OpenStreetMap, so there is no maps account to open.
