built for writers and newsletters
The page for writers and newsletters.
Somewhere to sign up, somewhere to write from, and a list that leaves with you on the day you go.
Every platform that hosts a newsletter also owns the relationship with the people reading it. A page you control takes the address first, and where you write from after that stays a decision you get to keep making.
The email block writes each signup to your own list, exportable as a CSV with the date every person subscribed. On Pro it also syncs to Klaviyo, Mailchimp, beehiiv, or a webhook of your own on the same request that thanks the reader, so nothing waits for a nightly job.
When you would rather write from here, the Newsletter tab sends from no-reply@yourhandle.urls.bio with your name on the front and replies arriving in your inbox. Sent posts can stay on your page as an archive, so a piece you sent in March is still somewhere you can link to in June.
the blocks you start with
Four blocks do most of the work.
- Email captureThe signup, inline or as a gate, written to a list you can export.
- NewsletterproWrite and send from an address with your handle in it. Part of Pro.
- FAQWhat you write about, how often it goes out, and what it costs.
- Spotlight linkThe piece that convinces people, given artwork and the top of the page.
other pages
- For musiciansThe single plays here. The dates are here. The people who came for it leave an address you keep.
- For podcastersThe latest episode plays here. Every platform sits behind one address, and listeners can join the show list.
- For creatorsEvery platform, drop, and partner behind one link that never goes stale. With numbers on what people actually tap.
questions
Straight answers.
- Where do my subscribers actually live?
- On your own list here, readable in the Audience tab and exportable as a CSV with the date each person subscribed.
- Can I send the newsletter from urls.bio?
- Yes, on Pro, once Emails is on in Settings. Posts go from no-reply@yourhandle.urls.bio, and Pro includes 2,500 subscribers and 10,000 sends a month.
- Can readers find old posts?
- If you turn the archive on. Sent posts then appear on your page and each one gets its own address you can link to.
