block type
The FAQ block.
The questions you answer every week, answered once, on the page where people are already asking them.
Shipping, refunds, whether you take walk-ins, how long a commission takes. The same handful of questions arrives in your messages every week, and every answer you send is one you have already written. An FAQ block puts them on the page, where the question is being asked.
Each question folds open on a tap and closes again, one at a time so the page stays a page rather than turning into a wall of text. Turn on Open several at once when the answers are meant to be read together. Blank lines start new paragraphs, and everything is keyboard reachable and read out properly by a screen reader.
The pairs are also published as FAQPage structured data, so search engines can read your answers straight off the page rather than guessing at them. This is written copy, not a message box: for questions you have not heard yet, use the contact form.
