The direct chat block.
One tap opens the conversation, with the first message already written.
Comments and DMs are a queue you do not control. A direct chat block moves the conversation into the app you actually answer, and it happens in one tap from the page.
Choose WhatsApp, Telegram, or SMS, add the number or handle, and the tap opens the thread. Add an optional prefilled message so the visitor does not have to work out how to start, which is usually why they never write at all.
There is no inbox on our side. The message goes to you, in the app you already have open.

Add it to your page.
- 01Add the blockOpen the Add block menu in your dashboard Studio and pick Direct chat.
- 02Pick the appChoose WhatsApp, Telegram, or SMS and enter the number or handle it should open.
- 03Prefill the messageWrite the opening line you want waiting in the thread, or leave it blank.
