Build the fields you need: text, email, textarea, and choice. Submissions are delivered to you, so a booking request or a brief arrives with the answers already filled in instead of as a one line DM you have to chase.
Contact form is part of Pro. It runs on your page, under your handle, with no third party form service sitting between you and the person writing.
