A list you cannot write to is an export waiting to happen. The Newsletter tab is where you write to it: a subject, a preview line, and then paragraphs, images, buttons, or a card for a block that is already on your page.
Posts go out from no-reply@yourhandle.urls.bio, with your sender name on the front and replies landing in your own inbox. You set that up once in Settings, under Emails: a sender name, a postal address, and a reply-to. The sending address is built and verified for you, usually inside about fifteen minutes, and there is no DNS record for you to touch.
Before anything sends, the review sheet counts your list as it stands: who it reaches, who is skipped and why, what today’s limit allows, and which address it is going from. Afterwards the post keeps a report showing delivered, opened, clicked, unsubscribed, and marked spam. Pro includes 2,500 subscribers and 10,000 sends a month, and sent posts can also live on your page as an archive.

- What address do my posts come from?
- no-reply@yourhandle.urls.bio, with your sender name on the front. Replies go to the inbox you set as your reply-to, so a conversation starts in the right place.
- Do I have to set up DNS?
- No. The sending address is created and verified for you, usually within about fifteen minutes, and we email you when it is ready.
- How many people can I send to?
- Pro includes 2,500 subscribers and 10,000 sends a month. The first sends go out at 500 a day while the address earns a reputation, and that daily limit rises as your sends stay clean.
