the comparison

A Stan Store alternative for the page itself.

This is the page, the list, and the newsletter. It is not a storefront, and saying so up front saves everybody a fortnight.

Selling a course, a preset pack, or a template through a bio link is a real business, and the tools built for it do that job. urls.bio does not: there is no product catalog, no checkout for a file, and no delivery email afterwards.

What it does instead is the page in front of all of that, and the audience it collects. If the thing you sell already lives somewhere with a checkout, this is where you point people at it, and where you keep the ones who were not ready to buy today.

what we do

The trade, in full.

own your list

Every visitor can leave an email, and the address is written to a list stored against your profile. Export the whole thing to CSV whenever you want, with the date each person subscribed. Close the account and the addresses are still yours.

Email capture
write to the list, not just collect it

Posts go out from no-reply@yourhandle.urls.bio with your name on the front and replies landing in your inbox. The review sheet counts who it reaches and who is skipped before it sends, and the report afterwards shows delivered, opened, clicked, unsubscribed, and marked spam. Part of Pro.

The newsletter
instant sync

New subscribers land in Klaviyo, Mailchimp, beehiiv, or your own webhook on the same request that thanks the visitor. Nothing waits for a nightly job, so the welcome flow you already built fires while they are still on the page.

24 block types

A page is assembled, not configured. Polls with live results, countdowns to a release, a voice intro in your own voice, galleries that open full screen in a lightbox, a discount code that copies itself, embeds that play in place.

Every block type
honest analytics on every plan

Views and subscribers by day, clicks per link, referrers, and a country map, free from day one. Your own visits and known bots are dropped before anything is written down, and visitor IPs are hashed rather than stored raw. Pro adds the 90 day and one year ranges.

What analytics show
one committed design system

Real typography, real spacing, and themes that change on the page while you look at them. Fonts, colors, button shape, avatar shape, and backgrounds are yours to set, and the result reads like something you built rather than something you filled in.

what we do not do

The parts you should know before you switch.

no storefront
There is no product catalog, no cart, and no order management. You can copy a discount code, sell event tickets through DIY Stubs, and link to the shop you already run, but the shop itself lives somewhere else.
no digital product delivery
We do not host a course, take the payment for it, or send the buyer their file afterwards. A Pro page can hand over a PDF or a ZIP as a free download, and that is the whole of it.
no follower count games
There are no vanity scores, no leaderboards, and no badge that unlocks at ten thousand of anything. The numbers we show you are clicks, subscribers, and where they came from.
no ads marketplace
We do not sell placements on your page, and no brand can pay to appear on it. The only things on your page are the ones you put there.

Stan Store is not affiliated with urls.bio, and nothing on this page describes its features, pricing, or policies. Compare it yourself before you move.

questions

Straight answers.

Can I sell a digital product here?
No. There is no checkout for a file and no delivery afterwards. Link to wherever you already sell it, and use the page to collect the people who did not buy today.
What can I sell from the page?
Event tickets, through a DIY Stubs block that takes payment on the page. A discount code block copies your code on the way to your own store.
Can I email the people who signed up?
Yes, on Pro. Posts send from no-reply@yourhandle.urls.bio with replies coming to you, and Pro includes 2,500 subscribers and 10,000 sends a month.
