The gallery block.
Show the work, not a link to the work. Images live on the page, in the shape you choose.
A link to a portfolio asks for a second decision. A gallery makes the first one enough: the work is on the page, and the visitor is already looking at it.
Pick the layout you want. A strip that drifts on its own and swipes by hand, a two column grid, or a slideshow that advances itself. Tiles come in 1:1, 16:9, or 4:5. An unlinked image opens full screen in a lightbox, or you can give an image its own link and send it wherever you like instead.
Five images on the free plan, twenty on Pro. Drag to reorder, and uploads compress in the browser with a crop you set before anything saves, so a phone photo does not slow the page down.
