Media kit

A page you send a brand, at urls.bio/yourname/kit. Part of Pro.

It is built from what is already on your page and from the numbers your page has measured, so there is almost nothing to fill in.

Turning it on

Settings, the Media kit card. One switch, and three optional fields: a line about yourself, where you are, and a booking email.

Off means the address returns nothing at all, not an empty page.

What it shows

From your page. Views, link taps, click-through rate and subscribers over the last 90 days, with the date they were read. These come from analytics and there is no way to type them in, which is the point: it is the half of a media kit nobody can inflate.

Self-reported. Your follower counts on other platforms, typed in by you. The kit labels them as self-reported, in their own band, under the measured ones. We do not read them from the platforms, so saying who counted them is the honest thing to do.

Worked with. Your logo strip block, whatever is in it.

Rate card. Your menu block, with its items and prices.

Recent work. The first six images from your gallery block.

Get in touch. Your booking email if you set one, otherwise a link back to your page.

Change any of those blocks on your page and the kit changes with them. There is no second copy to keep up to date.

Who can see it

Anybody with the address, and nobody else finds it by accident. The page tells search engines not to index it and not to follow it, so it stays out of results: a rate card in search results is a rate card in a competitor's hands.

If you want it locked down harder, the page passcode covers your whole page including the kit.

Sending it as a PDF

Print the page and save as PDF. It is laid out for it: the sections do not break across pages and the page furniture drops away.

If it is too early

Under 30 views in the range, the kit says so rather than printing a proud zero. A media kit with no numbers on it is worse than no media kit, and the figures appear on their own once the page has had some traffic.

Common questions

Why is it not in my page's colours? Because it is a document about your page rather than the page itself, and a brand reading it has to be able to read it. A black-on-black theme is right for fans and wrong for a rate card.

Can I hide the self-reported numbers? Yes. Remove the rows in Settings and that band does not render.

Does it work on Free? No, it is part of Pro. Everything you write in Settings is saved either way, and the address starts answering when you upgrade.

Does it count as a page view? No. The kit is its own address and is not counted in your page's analytics, so sending it to twenty brands does not move the numbers it is reporting.
